Dale Tomrdle, Partner

Dale Tomrdle, PartnerDale Tomrdlebrings 25 years of experience to his current role as executive consultant and coach. A founding partner of NorthStone Group, LLC, Dale works with boards and executive teams as well as middle management. Dale's consulting draws on his business background and training. He has led operations, information technology, finance, business development, strategy, and sales organizations, in addition to his general management experience. Dale understands the linkages between leadership, behaviors and habits, and results, and works with teams across all functions and levels to increase their performance. Dale clients range in size from international Fortune 200 companies to startups. He has served as interim executive for several clients in addition to his external consultant role, focused on the following verticals: technology (software, hardware and services); medical devices; financial services; healthcare; non-profit and education organizations, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to Dale's current consulting career, he held executive and founding positions with venture- and angel-backed startups, as well as with large public companies, including MCI Communications Corp., OnSite Access Inc., Executive Intelligence Inc., Interface Communications LLC, Silverado Communications Corp. and US West. Dale began his career with the National Park Service, where his prototype remote sensing and systems modeling work led to diverse projects throughout the western United States.

Dale is involved in community non-profit work, is the current Board Chair and past Treasurer of Social Venture Partners Denver, a Field of Interest fund of The Denver Foundation, and is a board member of the Telecommunications History Group. He has a Master of Science degree from Washington State University and lives in Louisville, Colorado, where he enjoys skiing, climbing, bike racing, and travel with his family.
