Dale Tomrdle, Partner

Dale Tomrdle, PartnerDale Tomrdle, founding partner of NorthStone Group, LLC, draws on his extensive professional experience and expertise when helping organizations transform market pressures into sustainable strategic change and improved performance. He has the unique ability to understand leadership and operational issues from his client’s perspective, while objectively offering new insight, knowledge and innovative solutions that increase organizations’ decision making effectiveness and operational results. He builds strong client relationships with boards, executive teams, and all levels of management.

Mr. Tomrdle began his career with the National Park Service, where his prototype remote sensing and systems modeling work led to diverse projects throughout the western United States. He has held executive and founding positions in start-ups including Silverado Communications Corp., Interface Communications LLC, and Executive Intelligence Inc. He led Finance and IT while at Silverado, which grew to $9.5 million in revenue in three years before being acquired by publicly-traded Peoples Telephone Company Inc. He has held executive team positions at MCI Communications, OnSite Access and USWest.

Mr. Tomrdle is also involved in community non-profit work, and is Board Chair-elect and past Treasurer of Social Venture Partners Denver. He has a Master of Science degree from Washington State University and lives in Louisville, Colorado, where he enjoys skiing, climbing, bike racing, and travel with his family.
