Denny brings a unique background in psychology, theology and business to her client work. Prior to launching D.O. Kercher Enterprises, Inc. in 1990, she was a management development professional with Mountain States Employment Council where she worked with over 2,000 clients. Denny is an expert at stress management and burnout avoidance. She has worked with numerous clients on these topics and is the author of the book

As an independent consultant for 17 years, Denny is also known for her work helping clients identify and set strategic goals and objectives, aligning and improving leadership for teams and individuals, coaching teams around corporate philosophy, and creating and implementing elite teams focused on quality. Denny's clients include Xcel Energy, Time Warner Cable, Nordstrom, Wells Fargo Bank and numerous local, state and federal government agencies. Denny is an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science in Management Program at Regis University. She graduated from CU-Boulder, and holds an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University and a Master's in Theology from the Iliff School of Theology.
